Being happy continues to be a very important way of living your life because it’s an essential part of living. Happiness can be described as a mental state of well being and contentment. There are many ways happiness can be described as because people have their own way of being happy. There are different ways happiness can be expressed from. It can be formed from hobbies, objects, or are people who bring joyfulness to their life. For other people its hard to find happiness. People might not have a perfect way of living which makes them feel empty inside. In order for people to experience happiness they must appreciate everything that they have. They must know that everything is good within their life and must be happy with the people in their life and with the people who have a huge influence on them. In the novel â€Å"Antigone† by Sophocles , Antigone did not like the way she was living her life cause she didn’t like the way things were running, â€Å"I spit on your happiness!
